BPA Free Kids ships "Green". How's that you ask? Our entire team pitches in (literally) and brings in gently used plastic shopping bags, news paper and other suitable packing material from their homes and that of friends and family. We also re-use boxes from manufactures that ship us product along with those provided by our team. At a glance, this may be seen as a cost saving measure. Actually it costs us more to ship orders this way. Boxes really aren't very expensive. Most new cost less than $.10 and come bundled for easy storage. The same goes with packing material. With the time and effort to break down, store and re-use old boxes we lose about $2.00 per order. But it's worth it. After all, we're doing this for our children!
We offer free standard shipping on orders totaling $65.00 or more to the lower 48 states. You may choose expedited shipping for faster delivery at an additional expense during checkout.
Most orders ship the same day if ordered by 12:00 Noon Eastern Time. All in stock orders ship within 3 business days. Tracking information will be provided if the method of desired delivery provides one. Most in stock orders leave our office the same or next business day, Monday - Friday, and Saturdays, excluding national holidays. You will be contacted in case of delayed shipping or back ordered products.

While our goal is to always have the products you need in stock, at times it may be necessary to delay shipment until all items are available to ship. We pledge to notify you by email if anything effects the timely shipment of your order.
Canadian Shipments
Shipping to Canada: please select "Canada Shipping" from the shipping method drop down menu after entering your shipping address. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout. Tariffs and Duties will not be added, so you are responsible for paying these fees when your shipment arrives.
For all other international orders: please choose "International Shipping" from the shipping method menu. Shipping charges will be calculated and added after your purchase. You will be notified with a new total via e-mail within 24 hours. Please feel free to contact us prior to ordering for an international shipping quote.

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Most purchases can be returned within 30 days. Just contact us at customerservice@bpafreekids.com for an RMA before returning the shipment. There is a 15% restocking free for products that are not defective or received in error. Returns are accepted provided:
1) It is returned with all original documentation and packaging is unopened.
2) It is in unused condition.
Returning customers (this is not your first purchase from bpafreekids.com) will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label on all accepted RMA’s.
Closeout products: Products marked "Clearance or Closeout" are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returned items not meeting these criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs (each way) on unwanted items. Certain products such as eating utensils, bottle feeding items / accessories, breast pumps, blankets, potty seats, bath and fabric items cannot be resold for hygienic reasons and are therefore non-refundable. Items that are returned with missing pieces and/or parts will not be refunded and will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.
You must notify us of damaged / defective products within 4 business days from the date of receipt. In the event that a product is damaged in shipping, we will provide an equivalent replacement item. In some cases, the manufacturer may opt to replace a defective part rather than replacing an entire item. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund including inbound and outbound shipping charges.
Products returned without an RMA are subject to a 25% restocking fee, due to additional processing costs caused by unexpected returns. We appreciate your help in keeping our costs and prices low!
